Morgan grew up in the real estate industry and is the third generation of her family to enter into the family business. Her grandfather started the company that eventually became United Country Lifestyle Properties of Maine when her father and uncle took over in 2012. Her parents Phil & Carmen passed along their hard working mentality, passion for helping others, and love for the state of Maine which led her to getting her license in 2014 after she graduated from the University of Maine with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing in 2013.
She started her career in real estate at 22 years old and almost a decade later Morgan has built an incredible knowledge base not only in the sales aspect, but also the marketing and administrative side of the business. After holding her sales agent license for two years she became an associate broker and started as the marketing director in the office in 2016. She is now the office manager, overseeing the office staff and agents that help make Lifestyle Properties of Maine succeed. In 2021 she advanced her real estate license to Broker status, and in 2022 she became a licensed Maine auctioneer. In the last year she has started utilizing her license and experience to work as a team with Phil & Carmen to help clients buy and sell properties across the state, and helped to start the auction department in-house. She has found a passion for country homes and recreational properties that highlight the beauty that Maine has to offer.
